This is Keegan. He has restored my faith in tattoo collectors under the age of 21. A well thought out first tattoo. He did not ask his friends for their opinion. He shared his birthday tattoo experience with his parents. He understood the value in setting up the next shot. I don't think it will be long before Keegan finishes this tattoo into a well planned half sleeve.
